ZEUS 100% Boar Bristle Beard and Moustache Brush with Handle for Untangling Beard Hairs - Made in Germany

Love this brush! I am currently working on a yeard and have been reading up on how to keep up my beard. One common suggestion was a boar's hair brush, so after doing a little research I was led to this brush and decided to pull the trigger...I'm glad I did. As someone who is not yet ready to trim, this brush really does help tame the beard more than any product has done for me (getting those stray hairs in line), and it just feels good. For reference, I have a coarse/wiry beard and this does the trick, more than the Kent comb I also picked up (although I anticipated that going in). The one hesitation I had in reading the reviews was that the bristles might be a bit too rough, however I did not find this to be the case. It's worth noting, however, that this is the only boar's brush I've ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to (and given how much I enjoy using this brush, don't see the need for getting another). It is big enough to cover a good area on my beard, but small enough to keep in my work bag so I can do the occasional touch up. All in all, if you're looking for a great, quality made boar's hair brush then that's what you're going to get with this product.

I really LOVE this brush. It's the perfect size to take with me anywhere I go. I was looking for a brush that had boar hair bristles on the firm side and these ones were just what I was looking for. I also like the spacing in between the bristle plugs because I feel like it helps to brush through all my hairs more efficiently, compared to other brushes where the bristles are super close to each other. I have the sandlewood comb, some beard oils, and this brush from the Zeus brand line and I've been Extremely pleased with all the Zeus brand products.Thanks guys for the great products it makes growing and dealing with my beard much more easier and pleasing :)

This is an excellent brush. Even with a large moustache, I'm able to shape this in the morning without applying wax. Take note, though, this will strip the wax out of your moustache. I use it mainly when I wake up in the morning and have to run out quickly, or for brushing it out before trimming. I would list this as an essential item if you have a substantial moustache.

I'm a total beardo, and I don't know how I lived before I bought this brush.It's the perfect brush for keeping you beard in check and groomed. Great in the morning, or for touch ups on the go - say, before an interview, after lunch, before a date. This brush is NOT big - it is pocket-sized, and easy to fit in a bag on the go. The handle is wood, and quite sturdy, for even the most intensive de-tangling sessions with your bushy, burly beard.You'll probably get the most use out of this brush if your beard has a little bit of length - say, at least a half centimeter, otherwise, it won't have anything to smooth and shape. Once your beard is in super-beard mode - say, two inches or longer, it is great for shaping and taming your beard, but the bristles aren't long enough to do serious detangling. For that, you may want an additional comb or brush for a once a day detangle.

Make sure you read the size – its smaller than I expected but that was my fault for not reading. That said, I love the brush and use it every day to help tame the beard. The bristles are nice and stiff and show no signs of letting up. The handle is solid wood, and the brush seems extremely well made. A very good brush and would make a nice travel or pocket brush if you are so inclined due to its size.

I have three of these brushes: one for bathroom, one for office, one for the car. At first, I thought they were a bit rough, but they actually are fine since you need a stiffer brush to power through the twisted hair on your beard and mustache. The brush is easy to handle and of a very high quality, so it is a real pleasure to use. I easily use my brushes 4-5 times a day.

Great little brush here! I use it daily. Great for working a balm through my very course wiry beard. I have a solid 3 inches of growth so I may need a bigger brush when the beard is longer but for now it works great. I have been using for over a year now and I was on board with this sweet little tool after I went to rinse out all the little pieces of balm and dead skin that naturally collect in the brush; warm water worked just fine. I'm buying one for my gym bag next and look forward to trying other brushes from Zeus.

Just what I needed. I have a Zeus soft boar bristle brush and an assortment of short to long combs. This harder bristle brush helps to tame the outer layers of my beard for finishing the styling of my beard and control my mustache better than any of my other mustache combs. Haters just don't know that no one tool will meet every need.

A good brush. Straight on is a bit abrasive on a mustache. Good for a full beard. That's a trimmed beard.

I didnt do enough research on these types of brushes and this one is only the size of my middle finger in length and not much thicker in width.

Great brush for beards and mustache. The medium works fine for me, but I have relatively soft and fine facial hair. If you have a burly beard get the other brush.

Nice quality brush. I knew it would be small from the pictures but they must’ve used a child hand model. The brush is very tiny and is not designed for beards.

Product advertised as accompanied by travel bag but did not arrive with one. Bristles are way too firm.

This brush is rough and firm; what your face would describe as a brass brush.That said, it does a damn good job of untangling some beard.

Too stiff for my husband's thin beard and "stache. He needs something a little softer.

Product is just as described and works great to brush my beard after I apply my oil and balm. I enjoy using it! You don't need the bigger one in my opinion, this works just fine.

Perfect brush for an unruly stache. This one is soft and comfortable on that tender area, although there is a stiffer version for a tougher stache.
