This puppy works!!!!!
This puppy works. Now, it must be said that I did not try out the cheaper versions, I remembered how much I hated my anti-grinding device from college years, and decided I would go with this quite a bit more expensive one bc it seemed it would be of excellent quality and fit and spending that much money would scare me into using it. I agree with every review that I read prior to purchase and that it fits shockingly well. I am supposed to have a sleep study for obstructive apnea but insurance has been a nightmare so I decided to be proactive and start treating myself already. My nose doesn't work due to deviated septum and overgrown turbinates. I have started snoring in the last few years, probably because I have to sleep in a recliner in order for my sinuses to drain so I don't get a headache in the middle of the night. After 2 years of that my blood pressure was through the roof, and now they suspect sleep apnea. Back to the appliance... Fitting it was so simple. Do make sure you have the strap facing the right direction when you attach it to the top, cuz if you don't it will not attach to the bottom sides. Other than that, the process was over in less than 10 minutes. Yes, you will drool like a baby. But every night I drool a little less, as promised. Just take a hand towel to bed. I have a slight over by so started off with the longest strap as directed. One front tooth is slightly forward of the other, so it does take a bit in the morning but every night that improves as well. It definitely is pulling my draw forward. I have used this four nights now, and have had only one very slight snoring incident, whereas I used to snore like a train all night long. I am going to use the next shortest strap. I'm allowed back in bed now! It does take a little while to fall asleep, but I did sleep much longer and more unbroken each night. Yes you can drink with this in, but I recommend a straw once you are in bed. And maybe walk around with it an hour before you go to bed the first time to get used to how it moves. I would absolutely recommend this as an anti-snoring device. I have no jaw pain. The first night I had difficulty closing my lips, but I think that was just fear. My mouth is shutting just fine now when my nose occasionally clears!

Snoring is GONE, I am a Customer For Life
Okay, so I NEVER leave reviews, but I really had to for this one. I've tried a couple of other mouth guards and HATED them. They were bulky and left me all drooly, and fell out as soon as I fell asleep. But I was finally at the end of my rope, my watch was alerting me to possible apnea, and was feeling exhausted all the time no matter how long I was in bed. Even I could tell I was snoring myself awake when I tried to take a nap in the middle of the day. So I had a discussion with ChatGPT, of all things, which recommended this product. It was twice what I'd spent previously, but I figured it was this or an CPAP machine, and it had a money-back guarantee, so what did I have to lose? I followed the instructions. Watch the video all the way through for sure, it's full of helpful information. It was cooler in the house, so I should have used the "boil an additional 20 seconds" guide for fitting. I had to redo the top mouthpiece, which made me nervous because you can only redo them three times. But I got what I thought was a good fit, and tried it that night. First night: slept for a couple of hours, then my teeth were hurting, so I took it out. Second night: slept all night, but my teeth were... tender? The next morning. BUT! Holy cow did my sleep apnea chart show a major difference! The thing basically eliminated my snoring. At this point, I didn't care if it shifted all my teeth, but I was also pretty sure that's not how it was supposed to work, so since they stress that if you have any trouble, you should contact customer support, I did. On a Sunday. I didn't expect to hear back for a couple of days, but I did that same day. I got several helpful things to try (go down a size on the straps, redo the molding process), and they said not to worry if I had to mold a few times, they could send replacement molds so I could get it right. This thing has a LOT of ways to adjust, so it really can take a bit of time to figure it out, but I think that's also why it works for so many people. It's really well thought out, and the straps can both/either position your jaw and/or just keep your mouth mostly closed, which I think is half the battle for me. Amazing customer service. Definitely reach out to them if you have ANY problems. They were quite responsive and seem to genuinely care. I've fiddled with the settings a bit, and think I'm almost there. Really, you're supposed to use it a couple of hours for a few nights before you sleep to let your jaw adjust, so some of what I'm doing wrong is user error. But knowing that I can NOT snore is too tempting to pass up. As a side effect, my husband, who is a terrible sleeper, got three consecutive days of "perfect sleep" on HIS watch, because "someone" is not tossing and turning next to him due to being snorted awake 90 times a night. So it's like a two-for-one product! I've attached the graph of my sleep disturbances. You can see the last four days, where I started using the mouth guard. This this really is the silver bullet I was looking for. For me, it's comfortable enough that I can sleep with my mouth closed, lips closed. It does not make me drool at all, but I know that's not the case for everyone. Seriously, if you're at all wondering, you really do get what you pay for, and this thing is worth is. It's valid for many of those health account spending categories, and it comes with a 120-night money-back guarantee. Yes, I don't know if it'll work for you, but I definitely know it might, and if you were as tired as I was, that is enough to make it worth a shot.

Best product I've bought for sleeping.
I've had problem sleeping for years and it's gotten really bad in the past year or two. This has been the best product by far that has helped me sleep. It was easy to mold and worked great from the first night. I have much better sleep while also going to sleep and back to sleep way more easier. I usually have to take sleeping meds or spend about an hour or two every night to get to sleep along with waking up in the middle of the night unable to go back to sleep. I would wake up every morning with my body hurting from the bad sleep and all sorts of nasal problems. It's been a couple of weeks of use and it's all gone. I don't need sleeping meds and I go to sleep in about 10 minutes. My body feels rested for the first time in years and no longer have breathing issues or middle insomnia. Cons would be the straps end up hurting my teeth, like they are putting pressure on my teeth and pulling them out of place so I no longer use the straps. The little piece of plastic that holds the front middle part of the strap in place extends a tiny bit out to where it dries out when I sleep so that can cause that dry pain. It's also a tiny bit too big so it does cause a bit of drooling. But it says I can cut off certain parts of this mouthguard, so I just need to see what I can cut off and if I can trim it to the point where it fully closes my mouth then that would make this excellent. Even with those couple of cons, it's a trade off for quality sleep. And I think if I didn't want to use the straps ever, I could just cut it off with zero issues and this would be a perfect product. It's a 9/10 overall, but for sleep its a 10/10.

Finally Refreshing Sleep and UARS relief!
I have long suspected I have a mild form of sleep apnea after a home sleep study a few years ago revealed “upper airway resistance syndrome” or UARS, But when I did the in-lab study my oxygen levels were normal, which is common in UARS. I have long suspected something was wrong because I am always sleepy and never feel refreshed no matter how long I sleep. After research, it turns out UARS doesn’t usually cause oxygen levels to drop, as the airways narrow but never fully constrict, but your body still wakes up partially, called micro arousals, and these can cause the same unrefreshed sleep and daytime fatigue as the more severe sleep apnea since your body exits deep restorative sleep every time your airways narrow, even without them shutting. I’m currently working with a sleep doctor to get to the bottom of it, but in the meanwhile decided to see if I could test my theory by buying this device, which moves the lower jaw slightly forward, similar to a mandibular advancement device. I noticed a dramatic difference after night one that has persisted. I started with band 3, which seems perfect for me, and that night I slept 9.5 hours instead of the 11-13 hours I normally do just to be able to barely function, AND I felt rested. The next night I slept 9 hours then 8, now I’m averaging 7-8 hours of sleep each night feeling FARRR more rested than I ever did on 11-13 hours previously. This has been a miracle and given me back so much time and quality of life. It did take a few trials of molding to get the fit right and stop any pieces from cutting the inside of my lip by trimming off the excess material, but after that and some dental soreness with my back teeth the first few nights, I got used to it and no longer have pain. I do wish it was ever so slightly less bulky, as sometimes I do get a slight gag sensation, but I also have a over-sensitive gag reflex from acid reflux which could be part of why. But the device is well-made, durable, comfortable, and well fitted. The instructions are incredibly thorough and helpful for getting started, the company leaves no stone unturned. Overall, I am highly impressed with this device, and customer service is top of the line, downright phenomenal. When I reached out to inquire about replacement bands since mine had stretched a bit after a couple of weeks enough to reduce the effectiveness, customer service was extremely helpful and promptly responsive. The customer service manager, Robert W, said he would send not one but my first THREE replacement bands free of charge with expedited shipping and even sent me complementary sleep patches which contain all natural sleep aid ingredients like magnesium, melatonin, and hops to promote restful sleep, wonderful as a chronic insomniac. That was so above and beyond and truly made me feel valued as a customer. I took my first one tonight, easy to apply, no pill to swallow and I can already feel myself getting sleepy almost within minutes, can’t wait to update this review once I’ve done the patches for a couple of days. This has been a Godsend and just confirms something was going on all along as I had always suspected!

Significant improvements in my snoring!
I have had snoring and breathing issues for many years. Many years ago, I had a mouthpiece made by the dentist to attempt to address them because they didn't recommend a cpap (not that I would have wanted one). It isn't very good. Like a huge hockey puck that has this thing that juts out from the bottom to try to keep the jaw from falling back. An epic, and expensive fail. As time passed, my snoring went from occasional and "not that loud" according to my husband, to being bad enough that he often needed to sleep in the spare room to actually get some sleep. He has a dangerous job, and I don't blame him! I addressed all the things I thought were causing it, lost over 40lbs to get to an ideal weight, exercise near daily, and eat well. But a good night's sleep still wasn't happening. I just kept getting louder, waking up more often, and never feeling as good as I thought I should. I always felt tired no matter how many hours of sleep I got. More recently, I began thinking that the loud snoring was part of the issue. I got a sleep app that records (suffice to say that's not a top 10 hit), and sadly, some of my apnea sounds get notated as being "animal noises" REALLY? Actually, I laughed pretty hard, I see how it might think that and it's better than it thinking it was a fart! Anyhow. In my rabbit hole of research, I was between a couple of devices I thought might help me in my quest for more quiet, restful sleep. In the end, my gut steered me to the Somnofit-S. Something about the company drew me in. I didn't use my HSA on it, but the fact that you could lent credibility in my opinion. I am not normally the person who opts for one of the most expensive options, but how do you put a price on feeling your best? I knew it was a small company, and I was glad to place my order to support them. The reviews as far as their guarantee, removed any concerns I might have had; besides, I was very optimistic! It arrived and seemed well-made. I followed the directions and looked up videos on YouTube to make sure I did the molding correctly. I was pretty sure I did, and it was farily easy to do. I don't have an over or underbite, but the suggested level 3 was way too aggressive for me to start with. I started with 1 for a week or so, then 2 for a few days and they were fine. I got up to level 3, where I have been. My app confirms the instances of my snoring are far fewer, and when I do, they aren't nearly as loud. My husband agrees. I feel a little more energetic and I am getting more deep sleep than I was getting before I used the Somnofit-S. But I am still snoring more than I would like, and believe I can get up another level that would happen. However, getting to level 4 is where my progress has stalled. I contacted customer service for advice and did remold the top tray. I tried easing into the number 4 over, but it was causing me too much jaw and teeth pain that was lasting for a good part of the day. I tried again (like it's a video game!) but couldn't even make it through the night without ripping it out of my face. I went back to level 3. It's reasonably comfortable for me there. I can close my mouth when I use it. It's still a little thick, but not NEAR as thick and bulky as the one made by the dentist. Seems my jaw REALLY wants to fall back. I'm pleased with the progress so far and didn't want to give up so I emailed the Sat. after Christmas in the evening to see if there was any other advice, or maybe I needed to try to remold the trays. I didn't expect a reply at all until today let alone from a co-founder! Chris very kindly addressed my concerns, even offering a full refund. He is genuinely invested in helping my snoring issue. I can't say I've ever felt more valued as a customer as I do with this company. Their attention to customer service is the best I've encountered. I am adding their pillow at Chris's suggestion that it might help me to obtain my optimal sleep if I'm unable to tolerate the next level. Even if that doesn't quite work, I am still absolutely thrilled at the improvements so far. I feel confident I'll get there. I'll update once I have the pillow.

Somnofit-S Literally Changed My Life – Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I don’t usually write long reviews, but the Somnofit-S from SnoreLessNow deserves every word. For years my sleep was awful. I snored, woke up exhausted, had zero morning energy, and honestly thought my terrible memory was just “who I am.” Turns out it was sleep deprivation the whole time. The Somnofit-S took a little patience at first. I completely messed up the boil-and-bite fitting on my original tray (user error, 100%). When I reached out, the SnoreLessNow team was unbelievably kind and fast. They sent me a brand-new top and bottom tray at no charge, and on top of that they threw in their Slumber Patch melatonin patches—a $30 value—to help me through the adjustment period. That level of care is rare. Between the free replacement trays and the bonus patches, they’ve basically given me over $200 in extra value. I still don’t know how this company makes money being this generous, but I’m so grateful they do. Now that the fit is perfect? Game changer. • I fall asleep faster • I stay asleep • I wake up actually rested • I have real energy in the mornings • My brain finally works again—focus, memory, everything feels normal for the first time in years It’s Swiss-made, FDA-cleared, super comfortable once molded, and the adjustable straps let me talk/drink if I need to get up at night without it popping out. If you’re on the fence about trying an anti-snoring mouthpiece, just get the Somnofit-S. Worst case you have 120 nights to try it risk-free. Best case (like mine) you finally get the deep, restorative sleep you’ve been missing. Thank you, SnoreLessNow—you’ve earned a customer for life.

Outstanding product that delivers exactly what it promises!
Outstanding product that delivers exactly what it promises. The very first night that I used this product I slept so quietly that my wife told me the next morning that she had to "check to make sure I was still alive"! As an added bonus, I now sleep so deeply that rarely have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, which is something I have NEVER experienced before in my life. (I've always had to get up for bathroom breaks 2 to 3 times per night as far back as I can remember). I realize that's probably not something most people wouldn't care too much about, but I mention it since to me it's tangible proof that I really am sleeping better/deeper than I ever have before because of this product. Lastly, I'd like to give a shout out to the manufacturer of this product, SnoreLessNow for providing the BEST customer service I have experienced from a company in years. (I reached out to them regarding a minor issue that was my fault, and they still took excellent care of me) Nowadays it seems that most companies treat their customers like burdens, but the support I received from SnoreLessNow makes me feel as though they truly do value their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend this company/product to anyone that could benefit from snoring less and sleeping better at night!

It works! – Probably saved my marriage
I will start this review by listing the “not-so-good” things I can point out about this product and why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. 1. Design wise I think the mouth guard could have been manufactured a little smaller. It felt super bulky the second I put it in my mouth. Perhaps this is not possible from a design / manufacturing perspective. 2. The number of provided adjusting straps should be more versatile. I do not have an overbite or an underbite. I had extensive orthodontic work done about 15 years ago and my jaws and teeth are aligned perfectly. Or so says my dentist… I ended up using the longest strap Nº5 suggested for an underbite. Even the longest strap feels just a little too short for me. A strap a tad little longer would have been better, but strap Nº5 is the longest one in the box. The first couple of mornings I woke up feeling a slight discomfort in my jaw muscles due to them being stretched out all night by the mouth guard. After a little over one month using it, that discomfort is gone. Another thing I would have to point out to anybody about his mouth guard, is that if you have never used removable braces, or a retainer all night after having fixed braces, the first couple of nights or even weeks will for sure feel super uncomfortable. I have used upper and lower retainers all night for the past 15 years. So the transition for me was quite easy. BUT, I can definitely understand how uncomfortable any retainer / mouth guard would feel upon first use. Stick with it and get used to it. It will be worth it. Now for the “fun” part. This thing stopped my snoring completely from the 1rst night. My wife couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t believe it. Even the dog couldn’t believe it. I have been using this mouth guard for over a month and a half now. The snoring has not returned at all. I snore from sleeping on my back and my tongue partially blocking my throat. Horrible noise and super loud volume. I used to wake myself up from the noise and vibration. It's all gone now. I have even noticed I am now able to achieve deep sleep. The initial molding was super easy. I recommend watching the tutorial video by scanning the QR code printed on the instructions. If you don't find it just go to YouTube and search for SnoreLessNow. Their channel will be the first result. The tutorial video is called: How to Mold Your Somnofit-S | Step-by-Step Fitting Guide | Troubleshooting & FAQ | SnoreLessNow So, if you are a throat snorer like me, do get this mouth guard and forget about your troubles.
