Decent quality, lightweight and comfortable. I would suggest ordering a size up from normal. Only complaint is the neck is a little high and tight.

Uncomfortable By Design
It feels like the neck is about 3 sizes smaller than it should be. I would've returned it if I didn't need it for work right away. The shirt feels amazing other than the neck. I literally almost cut it twice at work. I have a slim neck so the tightness was unreasonable. If you order this shirt you may need a larger size if all the necks are like this.
