This is a 3 star review as it has its pros and cons. I am also a repeat purchaser (owned black ones, white ones - same review for all) and I will explain why.Pros:Elevation is great for bigger dogs (especially if they spit up food), keeps the bowls off the floors and is relatively stable.Easy to adjust height and to balance.Decent Price.Bowls are good enough to use and they last.Light weight and easy to move around.Easy to keep clean.Cons:This is a waterbowl that quickly rusts (both inside or outside) as the water that splashes from the bowls causes it to occur.You need to repaint this as soon as it starts to rust with antirusting paint to prevent the rust from getting on your floor.Overall, I bought this a few times simply because of the price, elevation and maintenance. The plastic ones with similar elevation get dirty quickly and change colors. They simply create work on a daily or weekly basis. This thing is not perfect but does not take up space and you can easily paint it to prevent it from rusting as all of mine quickly rusted (including ones that never went outside) as a result of water dripping on the metal from the water bowl. If you paint it (perhaps yearly? or whenever you began to see a little rust)), you should be fine for awhile.

Excellent product that works perfectly for my XXL German shepherd. I would have loved to give it a 5 star but I did have an issue with the water side of the dish drooping down from the weight of the water no matter how tight I got the bracket. After about 3 weeks I realized the protective no slip cap on the screw was cracked. I traded out the screw and caps from the top bracket and so far it's much better. I love this holder much better then the tradition black plastic holders from the local pet store because I don't have to worry about food slipping under the dishes and getting rotten.I would definitely purchase again.

Works as advertised, but just barley. Very thin metal structure with poor welds and the bowls are very, very thin. Center-post screw-down is crooked and the holding cradle for the bowls wobbles on the center-post no matter how tightly it's clamped down. My biggest problem is with it's weight. It's very delicate overall despite this being developed for large dogs. My dogs are not overly heavy "users" of the bowls, but I had to add a 25 lb. barbell onto the base to keep it from being knocked around or knocking it over. I had a similarly designed product for a past pair of great danes without a problem, but this product is not holding up to my current pair of great danes.

I was not happy with this product, and that's why:1. The weirdest thing is, how the bowls holder is fastened to the leg. Looking at the picture, you can suggest there are holes in the leg where the rod is inserted. No, there are no holes. The rod is supposed just to bear against the leg - which a) makes the bowls holder unreliable, b) will most probably damage the leg's paint.2. The 2nd weird thing is the top valve. It's purpose is to hold the bowls tight. Without it the bowls holder is pretty shaky. This means, every time you need to wash the bowls after feeding your pet, you will need first to disassemble this part of the construction (which is not so easy because the valve is turned tight) and then to assemble it back.3. The white paint on the leg was already a little peeled off when I received the product. Not a big deal but if this happened during handling anв shipping, imagine what will happen after a few days/weeks of use.Also, note that 5-Quart bowls are really HUGE, even for a German shepherd. But they will probably ok for a Great Dane, or a horse :)

I just ordered a second one for our big loveable mutt. The other is in use with our medium size dog, she s had it for five years and it has held up well. The stainless steel bowls are still in mint condition. No rusting at all. It is true the center bar does rust due to water splashing on it, so we ended up painting it a pretty gloss red, and one of the bowls does tend to tilt when filled with water but, all in all, minor issues.

Bought this for our Great Dane puppy. The bowls are great size and hold plenty of food & water for her. The only issue we have had is that when the water bowl is full, it weighs down the racks that the bowls sit in regardless of how tight we screw the holder in place. We've had a lot of water spill on the floor because of this. Other than that it's held up well to a giant puppy but it won't be tall enough for her as an adult.

After doing a lot of research to find a feeder tall enough for my dog (American bulldog, however extremely tall for breed) and not pricey, I decided with this product. I have it on the highest setting and it's perfect for her (20 inches or so). My only complaint is that it seems a little unsteady. However if you tighten everything really well and adjust the feet of it to make it level, that helps. My dog can be a "bull in a china shop" so we'll see how it holds up.

I recently purchased a Great Dane puppy and with how quickly they grow I was in search of a product that would adjust as needed for him. When I received the product it was nicely packaged and was very simple to put together. The bowls are each 5 quarts and hold plenty of food and water for big dogs. The bowls will adjust to a height of around 2 feet give or take. The stand provides easy access to my Great Dane's food. He loves being able to get to his food without having to bend down the height adjust to exactly where he needs to reach it. I would recommend this to anyone who has any large breed dog.

Produit cheap. Après la première utilisation les écrous pour serrer le support en place ont cassés. Le support est très bruyant et très fragile. Bon pour meubler le fond d’une poubelle…

Pas stable du tout. Mon ci joint à du le réparer l’instant qu’on la reçu parce qu’il ballotait. Ne valais pas le coût.
