This stuff is amazing. No more yucky chickpea pasta. This tastes great and the texture is perfect.

Even as a low carb conniseur, I like to 'occasionally' treat myself to a bowl of pasta. This brand is EXCELLENT for fulfilling that craving. Even my husband never noticed the difference. The texture and taste are nearly indistinguishable from regular pasta if you cook it according to package directions. Adding salt to boiling water, and following cooking time is key. I love that they've expanded to be sold in stores like Hyvee.

This is the closest you're going to get to real pasta tasting for the nutrition value. High in protein and fiber is a plus. I don't feel bloated after and for me... it's guilt free. I will say, don't listen to packaging instructions for timing. I cook the rotini for about 22-23 minutes. I'm a repeat buyer.

This review is for the ROTINI, and it is the only one I have tried so far. It tastes fine, feels fine, and no one noticed anything off. No issues digestive or otherwise. I tend to consume a lot of fiber, so my gut is used to it. I mean, think about it. This has 24 grams of fiber PER SERVING! Unless folks are mindful of fiber, many dont get that much in a day let alone 1 MEAL, and usually not in one serving. And who eats one serving? So easily 50 grams in a meal using this. No wonder some of you have had gas or digestion issues. I have the box of 3. Each 12 ounce box has 6 servings. The 2 ounce serving is typical of pasta. For those that say that this has same amount of carbs as regular pasta, you are wrong as far as net carbs go. When you subtract fiber, it takes that "total carb" number down to "net carb". Regular past has very little fiber. This is jam packed with it. Sodium content is reasonable. 75 g per serving. Some brands are in the hundreds, some are lower. HOW I cook it: I bring water to a boil, add salt, then add the box of pasta. Directions say to cook 13-15 mins for al dente. I smartly tried the noodles on occasion to determine for myself what texture I want. I cooked until al dente which for me was closer to 10 mins on my gas stovetop. So just pay attention while cooking---as with anything. Not always the fault of the product if it doesnt turn out. When done, I poured into a strainer. I usually run cold water over the pasta, but I forgot this time. It did NOT overcook, and it did not stick together. Then, in the previously used pot I added olive oil, a variety of vegetables (quartered cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, sliced red and yellow pepper), and finely cut up leftover (already cooked) hot Italian sausage. Lightly cooked until veg were tender but still with firm bite. Then added in the pasta and a little more oil, salt and pepper, parm cheese, and crushed red pepper flakes. Tasted and felt like regular pasta to me. Husband didnt notice anything either. I bought this for the greatly reduced calories (110 vs 220) and high fiber content (24g vs 3 or less). I cant comment on blood sugar inpact. I had a generous portion and I like that I didnt feel weighed down or sleepy. I dont rate on price. I found it reasonable enough to try and reasonable enough to buy it again. I will likely go with the rotini again, but if I try another pasta shape option I will add my thoughts.

There's no other low calorie, high fiber pasta better than this one. HALF the calories of regular; extremely similar taste and texture; tons of fiber. It just needs to be cheaper. I feel like these companies take advantage of people who need this, so that's why I deducted a star.
