It comes with a brown cord for hanging and has a hole in the top. It also comes with a metal clip which can be inserted in the hole and then attached to a cord or chain. I used fish line to hang mine so the line is invisible. I like to give a gentle turn so it will spin in the sun flashing colors around the room. This is a beautiful crystal!
