Hi Shoe Shopper,Sorry for the delay.. I missed this email somehow. I originally purchased this for my sister. it was her secret santa gift :) . When I received the package from amazon.. the bottle was opened so I did get a whiff of it and it did smell good. Although, I am no authority on scents so take it with a grain of salt! no. you should check out the coconut oil in the grocery, it's very good for you and it has many uses.

Good day! Yes, it does have lavender in it, but it is a very lite scent. Yes. I use this lotion year round, in the warm and cold months. It is a very lite lotion, and not a heavy cream. Silky and smooth! I hope this helped you.
