Is a banger !
M-die, working straight of the box with 7800x3D and B650 mobo (7200 M/T). Not only that, this RAM is very flexible with timings so if you know what you doing, you can achieve even 50% more performance than just XMP pre-set. Yes, not EXPO profile but this doesn't mean that they not for AMD systems :) Out of the box and XMP on I had about 80 ns latency... Now 62 ns but I'm still working on it and expect get about 57-55 ns. Time will tell...

Fast 48gigs of ram.
Easy to install and get working out of the box at standard 5600 speed. I did need a bios update for my Z790 Auros elite ax board and with xmp set it's very fast and reliable. Another thing, this ram is quite low and should fit under air coolers and that's why I chose these.

Works at rated speed on AM5
These were fairly plug & play on my x670e Taichi (Bios 1.28). Swapped out my existing expo kit Gskill 2x16 @6000mhz. The asrock bios recognized and loaded the 7200mhz XMP profile with no issue. My only worry is that the VSOC was maxed out @ 1.3v by the XMP profile. I may try to bring VSOC down while maintaining stability but I'm running a regular 7950x (not x3d) so I'm not concerned if that doesn't work out. For me this 2x24gb kit was ideal as I was often maxing out the 2x16gb kit that I had installed previously. When running specific memory intensive workloads I found that my memory was maxing out but I still had headroom on my 7950x. I just completed a 48hr near constant workload that used 92% of the 48gb while actually maxing out my CPU as well. The module temperatures stayed in the low 40's for the duration of the workload and motherboard temperatures were also stable and low. The added speed of this kit also seemed to have a benefit in my workload [~60 3gb video files (15 at a time) running through TemporalDegrain2 in VapourSynth]. The fps processing speed seemed to have a 10-15% uplift (compared to the 6000mhz kit that I had before) and the added capacity makes a huge difference in how many files can be processed at once.

Hynix M-Die
Hynix M-Die, very fast RAM, I'm doing 6000 30-36-36 at 1.35v no problems at all, can probably go lower voltage or higher frequency.
