At this price I would expect a premium product, but I received two not particularly well painted lumps of not particularly well moulded resin with delicate extremities individually wrapped in poor 3mm thick foam then put together in a box that was barely able to take the not inconsiderable weight, with a layer of bubble wrap around both. Needless to say the extremities didn't survive the journey to me and I had to glue them back on. Where the two pieces had rubbed together through the foam the paint finish had been marked as well.

UPDATE: the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. This is above and beyond the expected customer service. For that I am updating my review as the seller exhibited excellence in their manner of handling my review. And to respond to their message, I would absolutely give them a try again. As we really did like the style of these aquarium accessories. We purchased this for our aquarium. We liked the idea of the ATAT walking through it. However, upon arrival, a small piece was broken off no big deal. We had some aquarium silicone that we were able to reapply it with. However, since we have had it we have slowly noticed that the coating or coloring on the outside is coming off. See pictures. The overall size of the product is decent compared to our 36 gallon aquarium. And whatever’s causing the discoloration has not affected the chemistry within the aquarium at all. But it is a bit disappointing that we haven’t had this product very long and it’s already starting to show signs of distress.

I love it, the fish love it and and fits perfectly with my cave opening.

The green moss comes off constantly in the tank. A bit annoying but you can take it out by hand pretty easily. If I bought it again I would get the one without the green fuzz glued on

4 Tips were broken and that left the rock under the moss sharp. Moss is soft and item looks like pictured. It was the size advertised. I am using this in a dry tank but the moss seems to be attached well. I do not know how it would hold up in a water filled tank. Had to file sharp edges before use and missing the tips changed the look of the item. It is overpriced in my opinion. I found one without the moss for about half the price.
