This is a great support, as it goes on easy, doesn't slip around, and those two movable pads are perfect to fine tune it until all knee pain is relieved. Yesterday, I discovered a new advantage, as I stumbled while trail running and the brace & pads totally protected my knee. The unprotected knee has a 2", deep gash, with eight stitches in it. It's worth another $19 to wear on both knees, for pain and protection.

I began having horrible, achy knees after running and driving my car with a clutch. My doctor diagnosed me with patellofemoral pain syndrome (or Runner's knee) and said that my kneecap shifted whenever I ran. I was upset because he recommended that I stop running and switch to walking/swimming/elliptical, which did not seem like a compromise to me. Doing my own research, I found this knee brace, and for the price, I knew I had to try it out. IT WORKS SO WELL. I wear it while running and ice my knees afterward, and I have noticed significant reduction of aching knees, swelling, popping and that pinching pain when I drive. I am SO relieved that it works so well and that I no longer face the possibility of a lifetime of physical therapy or future surgery. It does not slip down and I love that I can adjust where the cushioning is on my knee. SO comfortable and does not leave marks or pinch even when wearing it for long periods of time. Also, sold by a family company, making every penny spent feel worth it. LOVE this and will recommend to all with similar problems as me!

My wife is using this product after she strained her knee working in the yard. She borrowed our neighbor knee support brace and when she felt better we looked on Amazon and bought this product. She is using it now as I write this review.

This product might work well--I can't judge. It had such strong chemical smell when it arrived that it was off-putting and overpowering. I couldn't stomach the smell to put it on. But since I injured my knee and needed support, I left the brace out overnight, hoping the air circulation would remove the smell and I could try it the next day. It did not, so I sent it back and ordered a different brand.

It is comfortable. It only comes in one size.Other larger sizes would be helpful. There are no room for adjustments.

I’m very happy I found this dual knee brace it’s been very helpful. I was incorrectly diagnosed w IT band syndrome and after wearing a (different Co) IT Band strap for several months.....the repetition of that strap pushing my kneecap down ultimately caused severe knee pain. This dual Patella knee brace keeps my kneecap stable. This dual brace along with the right exercises to heal my kneecap area and build leg muscle, Im feeling 60% better after just three weeks of wearing this brace to walk the dogs, shop or stand for long periods. Unlike most other straps it has no wires or buckles which I find extremely painful. This is soft neopreen with dual Velcro straps that can be adjusted as tight or loose as you desire. If you have knee pain above or below the knee I would recommend this strap.

It slides very easily with movement. One pack, one pad. No relief pain.
