These strips work very well in determining the bodies nitric oxide levels in the nitric oxide cycle (NO3 -> NO2 - NO), tested in saliva. Have used these in a class I gave to test nitric oxide levels in 16 participants, from the use of various nitric oxide inducing supplements. Although the accuracy can't be absolutely verified by the use of the strip, they seem to give a good estimation of the levels in saliva.
