I eat Keto and workout 6 days a week and It did neither for me plus I take one each night before bed to keep my metabolism “working harder” while I sleep. It works for me.

These contain apple cider vinegar, which some studies suggest can help boost metabolism. That means that hypothetically your body could burn more calories than it would otherwise. That being said, there’s no magic bullet here. It may help some, but don’t expect anything drastic, especially without diet and exercise. You can’t just take these, change nothing else, and expect any noticeable changes. I took these for a month and lost 7 pounds. But I also reduced my calorie intake to 1100-1200 a day. The next month, I maintained the same 1200 calorie a day intake, stopped the gummies, and still lost over 5 pounds.

There is some anecdotal evidence that these gummies may help you reduce fat but it definitely helps your digestion which may help you loose fat.
