ざっとリサーチしたところ、もっとも安いのがここであると思ったため継続して購入しています。L-Theanine自体の効果に関しては、明確に何かを感じたことはありません。プラセボでもいいやの気持ちで飲用しています。

漢方薬の加味帰脾湯飲んでるけどそれも効かないし、こちらの商品も効かないかな…個人差あると思います。とくに、安定剤など飲んでる方には効かない

1ヶ月ほど使用してます。朝が苦手な方なので、寝起き改善に使用しております。サプリなので、個人差があると思います。個人的にはあまり効果は無いような気がします。効果等に関しては調査してから試していく事お勧めします。結局は正しい食生活と睡眠時間ですね。
