The product delivers as promised and effectively has helped me with energy levels after an onslaught of issues. So far so good.

As someone who is very interested in muscle preservation and living a healthy life as I age, I know urolithin A is something which needs to be part of my supplement regimen. It's one of the pricier supplements and I didn't want to go with the well known, expensive brand so I started looking for other options. Neurogan Urolithin A checked all the boxes, dosing and price wise. 2 with food in the morning or 1 in the a.m. with one later in the day works too! If you question whether this is a supplement to add to your regimen, I say yes!

So far so good, felt a boost of alertness and mental energy. Will continue to monitor.

Update 12/28/24: After returning the 1000mg product due to my insomnia, I contacted Neurogan about my experience and they suggested the 700mg dose which they sent to me. After taking the new dosage I can report NO insomnia, but increased energy and alertness without hyperactivity or nervousness. I also sleep better than without taking it, and find it easy to relax. So I hope over time to see continued benefit. Thanks to Neurogan Customer Support for their assistance. Original Review: What a surprise, I can't sleep...Have taken 1 capsule a day in the AM for 3 days and for 3 days I have not slept for more than 20 to 30 minute bursts. It makes for a long night. I am tired mentally from not sleeping, however I have increased physical energy, and have immediately felt an improvement in my ability to exercise, particularly in my knees.

Did a lot of research looking for the highest quality Urolithin A supplements, and this one was tied for number one. A lot of illegitimate supplements out there, but these guys are legit.
