Q: Can this be submurged to wash? People have complained the beads dissolved. The manufacturer states it is washable, but says wipe and rinse.

I rinse it under running water with very little gentle soap. The beads haven't dissolved. If they do, I will buy another one.

Q: Is the mask used stand alone or do you have to insert moisturepads into it.

The mask is stand-alone. No inserts are needed.

Q: can you sleep with it? or only use it for 10 minutes?
