it’s gooooood. i’m a beginner tea lover so idk if there’s stronger in the market but this is good to me. I love drinking it in the morning and after eating dinner cause it helps with digestion and makes ur breath smell nice. but don’t think just bc it’s peppermint you’ll skip ur evening brushing…
