SINGER 00206 Quilting and Craft Safety Pins, Size 3, 20-Count,

I use these particular safety pins attaching repair information to horses' turnout blankets.

Not very sharp but worked for threading a string tie through sweatpants.

I'm not sure if there is anything in a brand name for something like this, but Singer products are tried and true and I don't think they would license something that wasn't at least decent quality. Maybe you could find a better value in a local discount bin, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find one on Amazon. Who has time to hunt for that when these are so cheap? These are simple items, so not much else to say except they work. Everything arrived as pictured and described, on time. Lots of potential uses including sewing projects, repairs, tacking random things in place or together, etc. Just buy them and when the moment of need arises, you'll be glad.

Serves the purpose for using when needed.

What has happened to Singer quality? I wanted strong safety pins, the type that if there is a bit of pressure they do not warp and pop open. Singer used to make safety pins like that, but these are not to that standard. They can sustain a mild amount of pressure but then they begin to bend open. Where to find strong safety pins? Anyone know?

Great pins for the intended job. Used these to pin a foldable laundry basket into position so it could not be unfolded by my dastardly cat. Pins are good quality, none bent and about the length of a thumb. Would buy again, quality pins from Singer.

Good pins not very big. Not heavy duty.
