Desert Miracle is a Moroccan Cold Press Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olive used to produce this oil is grown in the desert using drip irrigation and sustainable water retention technology. Wood weeds are removed by hand. A good olive oil is peppery. This one definitely fits that description! Excellent flavor and very good mixed with balsamic vinegar. Makes an excellent salad dressing! A little pricey but so worth it.
