I have long hair (down to my butt) that is thick and curly. Whenever I use these clips, it wraps around my hair with a sturdy grip. No sliding or tangling; love these and can never go back to the slim, smooth clips that can’t hold the weight of my hair. I’ve also used them while I wash my hair in the shower, and I haven’t had any issues with the clips rusting or falling out while I shower.

Color is great, larger than others I have bought, NON pointy tip for the bottom of the clip which I like it’s less harsh when dragging it along the scalp for sectioning. JUST started to have them break after a year of use which is great comparatively speaking to others I have bought. The plastic parts broke NOT the spring parts which is also something that’s not usually common in my experience. Good for the price and loved them

*Update*They lasted for roughly a year. Some broke before that. Today, I got ready to use them and 4 out of 6 broke as soon as I picked them up. I hadn't even pressed down to open them up. They just broke.*Original*I have thick, natural hair and these hold my hair very well. My only issue is that they're slippery when you try to open them. I mostly use these when I'm washing my hair so because they're so smooth, I have to use a differnt type of grip to open them. Other than that, they're a good price for the amount you get.

I used to have the same-looking clips from another brand that I also bought at Amazon. Those lasted me for four years. Unfortunately, they are no longer available. I found these and was very excited to get them. The quality is a far cry from the other brand. The plastic on these crumbles. It's very odd, I've never seen anything like that. It feels like the material didn't bond properly in molding. I used one clip five times before it broke, the second one crumbled as soon as I put it into my hair. I hope it's an issue with the green plastic only, I haven't used other colors yet.On the positive side, unlike opaque clips, these hold hair really well (when they don't crumble) and are much more gentle.

This purchase replaced the ones I had previously bought due to breakage. I and my girls have long hair and they eventually gave out. We used the heck out of them as we each had two apiece but felt the price matched the amount of use and abuse they endured. We typically use them to put up our locks for face washing but often use them to just wear it up on those casual days.

Fun and durable, I have had them for a while and am very protective over them! In a house with multiple daughters, I make sure I keep an eye on the beauties so they don't mysteriously go missing! They have held up well, still looking brand new. They don't pull or tug, are great for parting and reclipping the section of hair. I use four or five at a time sometimes, because they keep everything beautifully separated. Would definitely buy again.

These work well, and I really like them, but about half of them have like, rough edges on the tips, so they catch on the hair and pull a little. Still good though, I have thick and slippery hair, and these hold it well. I just had to take one star off for the rough edges at the tip.

I’m addicted to these clips. I have over 40 now and I use them on all hair types.
