If it’s a big Easter egg. Btw, this product was awful! It was stale and smelled old. I had to throw it out. I didn’t realize that it was made in China.

Can it be reconstituted with boiling water in instant oatmeal?

Yes, they can. I added them to my homemade instant oatmeal packets and they rehydrated well. The texture was iffy on some of the fruits, hence the reason I won't be rebuying.

What is the shelf life of this product?

Most Freeze Dried Items have a shelf life of 25 years when kept in cool dry storage.
