Do you have to strip the entire wall or can you just strip the bottom section?

My experience with this product was solid 4 inch block and plaster worked for me

Does this product work for cinderblock construction?

I bought this for my brother’s house that has solid brick walls, and it works. So I would I assume it would work for cinder block as well!
