Superb Value! Easy to swallow. They certainly help me feel more rested. I have awful sleep issues and take a prescribed dariodorexant which is super helpful however I still wake at 3am every night. With these I sleep the entire night though (6-7am). Not sedative & no after effects either. Incredibly helpful.

I switched to this brand due to my other organic product containing only 63% ashwagandha in a blend with other herbs. This brand is pure organic ashwagandha and the adaptogenic quality is noticable, along with the price, which is lower. My Functional Medicine physician recommended I take four capsules two hours before sleeping, which I do every night, and my sleep has improved, along with my mood, and recent cortisol saliva and blood test have indicated a huge improvement. Before supplementing with ashwagandha my adrenal hormones were very low. This adaptogen, combined with Siberian ginseng taken earlier in the day (due to it having a mild stimulating effect), is proving a very healthy mix for me. I will definitely continue with this product.

I bought this for vagus nerve healing as I’d read a lot about it. The first night I took one I slept so deeply and had vivid dreams! It really works like a sleeping tablet but other people take them in the morning so maybe it doesn’t affect everybody in the same way. I then broke a capsule open and put half in some milk before bedtime and again I slept very well without the grogginess the next day. Update 14/12/25 nearly finished the bottle but it hasn’t reduced my menopausal visceral fat, will try another brand

It seems to be working 🤞🏻I relax. I sleep well. Large tablets don’t bother me so no issues swallowing. Good value.

I brought this as I read it is good for reducing cortisol levels, mine was over 3000 and by body felt like I had ran a marathon every day and my mine wouldn't shut off. Within an hour I feel calm and my mine was quiet. My TSH was 7.3 6 weeks ago I had bloods taken recently and it is 4.47 knowing my tsh has been increasing for the last 4 years. I have also lost weight and kept it off, it has taken the bloated fatness from my middle too. It hasn't help me sleep as I have no problem falling to sleep just can't stay asleep. This has worked for me in ways I didn't think it would. Remember this is my personal account of using it and every body is different.

I used to buy from Zipvit directly before finding them on Amazon. It’s easier (and cheaper) for me to get it through prime and I can get next day delivery. Zipvit products are great. The packaging ensures that it’s airtight so all the vitamins are in great condition. The Ashwaganda works as expected and I’m now on my second bottle.

I've been struggling with a low mood, anxiety and depression, thought id give these a try. After almost finishing the whole bottle, i just threw it away cause it did absolutely nothing. It might help someone with very mild symptoms, but if you are severly depressed, dont waste your money.
