Started drinking it for arthritic inflammation and was surprised at the marked improvement in sleep quality. I would suggest starting with 4 ounces then increasing the amount if needed. The taste is so good I often want more just for a treat. I don't like sour flavors but this isn't sour at all. It uses unsweetened apple juice to keep it from being too sour. It is tart enough that it isn't over sweet or syrupy but definitely a palate pleaser. I'm hooked on it. Sometimes add it to a smoothie with other fruit in the morning.
