Would help if you had instructions on how to fit in shoe, which side is the adhesive side ! and could be little bit more comfortable, make my feet sore. But will be ordering again

Ok, so brought these a few weeks ago, and have to say after the initial feeling a bit odd. They are certainly working.I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and an insertion Achilles tendinitis! I was recommended this specific product by a Podiatrist. It has helped me get back on my feet (pun intended). I would thoroughly recommend using them if you are suffering from the aforementioned issues.

As expected and as I needed 3/4” I was able to make ne out of the pair.

Unfortunately, when placed in a shoe, the shoe slips up and down when walking. Utterly useless. May work in a boot, but I don’t know this, but for shoes one needs a built up heel to be safe when walking.

They fit my shoe perfectly and are quite firm so will last a long time. I will buy again

Perfect for what I need after having hip replacement to correct leg length would order again

I totally agree with previous comment total waste of time and money, you have to stick the layers together which isn't as easy as you think. Usually purchase the ones that you peel away layer. Only bought these as they were black.

Great that you can add layers to get to the required lift.
