Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. It will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer. Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes.

To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve firmly against the skin, it should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached.
