My cats didn’t like it
I want to like this but this is the only lysine powder that my cats refuse. I’ve tried a few others and my cats ate their food no problem. With this stuff in it, they refused the food.

Cat likes the taste
Cat seems to like the taste which is all the battle. I have tried the treats form and they are either too dry or cat just won't eat them.

Once again, all hype and and a waste of money
I’m honestly starting to believe that all of this hype with all of these seemingly unnecessary additives for Katz is what’s actually making them all sick. I have several cats, but I do have two elderly cats that were strays that did test positive for feline leukemia. I was just hoping to get something to supplement them, but they don’t want any part of this along with my other Four cats. Don’t want anything to do with this. I don’t know what Katz they test this on if there is indeed any type of testing whatsoever, but it’s just absolutely ridiculous for me to keep buying products that hype up all of the benefits and then you get it home and the cats don’t eat it. I have a kitty medicine cabinet that is now looking pretty much like a store so obviously my cats aren’t benefiting from any idealistic health benefits from this product. I think it’s just important to go back to basics. Make your own cat food make sure there’s taurine in it.

Excellent For Cats With Sinus Allergies
My cat was suffering from sneezing and post nasal drip for nearly two years and his vet put him on Cerenia which only helped a little. Heard about FeraPet Lysine Immune from a friend. Mixed the powder with my cat's wet food once a day. In about a week he was much better. It's been about a month he has been using this and he rarely sneezes and the post nasal drip has stopped.

Best Natural Pet Supplement
Perfect for what I needed! I was looking for something natural to help my cats allergies. He's a picky eater so I was surprised that he loved the taste of this and I know it's ingredients I can trust.

No change/impact on cat health
I fed the whole container and never noticed a change in my cat’s health. Only gave it 2 stars because my cat seemed to like the flavor

My cat loves the taste of this. I sure hope it helps his allergies. I know Quercetin works really well for humans and I’m hoping for the same results.

I have used a Fera Pets product prior to this one. The other one was a general wellness powder with probiotics. I used it as an alternative to a significantly higher priced probiotic medication that was vet-prescribed. I asked the vet about the other Fera Pet product & he looked it up & told me it was worth giving it a try - if it didn't work I could get the prescription. I have two fourteen year old littermates that were experiencing similar symptoms. So, I tried it, it worked, - no need for the expensive medication. When I saw this product & saw that in addition to being a supplement designed to support the immune system using organic ingredients, it also included Postbiotics which I thought would work well when used in conjunction with their other product with the Prebiotics. So I requested it & have been using it. I cannot say that THIS particular product has 'cured' anything but I can say that I feel good about giving it to my two extremely food-fussy felines. They will not eat anything wet, no canned food, no damp food, nothing - unless it's dry kibble in their bowl. They have been known to accept a dry treat when it's been placed in their bowl. I've had cats my entire life & never encountered this bizarre behavioral response to food. But, that's cats for you ; ). My reason for sharing this info. is because I couldn't help but wonder how a Fera Pet dry powder immune system support supplement would work sprinkled on top of dry food. Would it be palatable? Would they eat it or flee the scene of their food? I was highly skeptical but that disappeared when I saw them actually eat it. The bottom line for me is that I have two late/middle-aged furry-faced roommates that I want to help stay healthy in any way I can for as long as I'm able. As a member of the Vine Program, I received this product free of charge in exchange for sharing my experience & thoughts in review-form here. One of the questions I ask myself prior to posting a review is the following: Knowing what I know now about this product, would I purchase it using my own money? In this case, the answer is yes. And, as it's available as a Subscribe & Save option, I will be purchasing it by using that choice. It will save me some money, it will save me from needing to remember to order more before I run out, & I know that I can pause, skip or cancel deliveries at any time, for any reason, no questions asked. If you've read this far then I hope something I've said has helped you make up your mind. Good luck to you & your fur baby/ies! Note: The use of capital letters is for emphasis only.

Our cats both have upper respiratory issues and have been taking lysine supplements for 9 years. I found the scoop size is a bit larger than other brands we’ve used which means it’s more powdery when mixed with their wet food. One cat won’t take it at all.

My little dude Onyx was the sole survivor of his litter, arriving in my life under heartbreaking circumstances and battling FVR. He's turning 5 at the end of the month and he's very doing well, except that he's allergic to dust (atopic dermatitis) which is a trigger for his flare-ups. My vet suggested lysine years ago but said that the research in it was spotty, but many people argue its efficacy. (Hi, hello. Me 👋) I was skeptical but hopeful, and fully committed to giving this product a full 30-day trial before reviewing, but after just under two weeks, Onyx is visibly transformed. The kid won't stop zooming everywhere, playing with everything, and generally being a nuisance in the best way possible. I hadn’t realized how drained he’d been until I saw the difference. This chaotic, joyful void is the version of him I’ll take every time. The tub contains 60 scoops, and I’ve barely made a dent. At $45.95, that’s about 77¢ per day - a small price for peace of mind that my physical heart outside of my body is feeling better. Onyx is extremely food motivated, and while I suspect the powder isn’t the most delicious, splitting his dose between morning and evening meals has worked beautifully. Bottom line: If your cat struggles with FVR/FHV-1, I genuinely encourage you to try this. The improvement in Onyx’s symptoms has been dramatic and heartwarming.

My cat was having a little bit of discharge from his nose recently, so I started giving him some lysine powder mixing with his wet food. He doesn't mind the powder at all, as its flavored with chicken liver, he just ate it as normal. I used it for a week and his symptoms is gradually reduced. Couldn't say if it's really the help of the powder but I feel it's a way to do sth before going to the vet, especially when the sickness is just very subtle and symptoms are notice early. The components of this lysine powder are mostly designed as an immune-support formula with general wellness, viral and antioxidant support. However, remember that supplement couldn't substitute meds or a vet visit.
