Q: What is the voltage input on the power supply?

Written on the box 120 v 50/60 hz I planed to purchase adapter later but when received mine I was impressed to find a dual voltage adapter 110-240 v it was convenient. It was included in the box and I did not asked for it. That was great for me.

Q: "it says "Batteries 1 Lithium ion batteries required." Does it come with a battery or not? I thought this product was new?"

It has a factory installed lithium ion batteries inside, trimmer dock, charging cable, trimmer guards.. it does not come with a separate battery

Q: If the black and chrome andis slimline pro li are the same, then why isn't the black pair eligible for prime and why the big difference in price?

I think that depends on who’s ever distributing the trimmers
