Seville Classics Bamboo Cutting Board with Removable Cutting Mats

I bought 2 of these for my daughters and they are awesome!! I only wish I would have bought one for myself! Very high quality!

Use it everyday. It is wonderful to throw plastic covers in the dishwasher. great for carrying food to table as well.

I had high expectations when I saw this cutting board set, and I couldn't wait to order it. I've owned it for the past five months now and have to say that I'm really disappointed in the durability of the mats. I LOVE the size of the board and the wooden base, but even with the first few uses I couldn't believe how deep the cuts went into the mats. I haven't even owned it six months now and I'm going to have to reorder more of them. They also slip around instead of staying put on top of the wooden board. I'm not completely sorry that I got it, but on the other hand I really can't give this product a high rating. I would like to be able to buy sturdier, more durable mats that fit on the board and last a bit longer than these thin, soft and flimsy ones that came with it.

I do really love this cutting board with inserts. It is just the right size for me. The only down side is where to store the mats when not in use. The larger version has a built in slot in the board to store them, this size needs a small hole at the top so you can hang them inside the cupboard door when not in use. So far they have held up wonderfully to all my knives.

I bought this set with 7 liners last July. I agree that the plastic mats could be sturdier - they seem to leave cut marks without much pressure on the blade. I use the bamboo cutting board as storage for the mats & have used it maybe half a dozen times as a serving board, never as a cutting board. Yesterday, as I prepared to use it to serve a snack, I noticed that there is a horizontal crack through the top of the board. Earlier I would have rated it as a 4, but since it split I give it a 2. I can still use it for storage, but not for serving. I don't store items on top of it or use it for heavy cutting, so it's hard to see why it split.

Nice cutting board with the plastic sheets color coded for the different foods needed to cut up. Strong and durable.

Love the cutting board. It is so nice to pull the mat off and have another one available.

I have wanted a cutingboard like this for quite some time. It great and the price was right. I love it.
