Best ghee I've ever tasted! I've tried many!

The jars are pretty small, so idea for buttering toast but not large-scale cooking. Very tasting and spreads very smooth. I buy much larger quantities from local suppliers for bigger cooking challenges.

No more butter for me, not only is ghee better for you, the taste is so concentrated you use less. This particular brand is simply divine. Slightly nutty with a nice meltability, I nearly swooned after tasting a whole grain waffle with it. If you are looking at ghee, you are probably one who already loves whole grain waffles, but in my book, they usually taste like sawdust. Waffles are a childhood thing that I want to taste like the white flour childhood waffles. Move over, kindergarten years! I'm all grown up if it means I have this ghee!
