Q: How hard/slow is it to go to a particular page in a book? Say, from p.7 to p.59.

It's very easy, there is a bar on the bottom where you can drag your finger and get to a different page. Very similar to how when you're watching a video on youtube and moving the cursor

No you can not but Elipsa 2 does have an experimental web browser which might work.
