Not working after first use.
I was really excited to receive this Shark mop, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The item was initially lost in the post and Amazon kindly issued a refund due to the delay. When it eventually arrived about a week later, I contacted Amazon to arrange payment as I wanted to be fair. I used the mop once, and it worked on that first use. However, the second time I went to use it, it stopped working properly. It no longer gets warm and the pads do not rotate at all, which makes it unusable. This was very frustrating, especially as I had been looking forward to using it and expected better reliability from a brand like Shark. Amazon’s customer service was excellent throughout, but sadly the product itself did not live up to expectations. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this mop due to the apparent fault after minimal use.

Won’t work in UK. Totally useless
Arrived with a USA plug and 110v power. USELESS FOR UK. You clearly buy something for use in UK and they send one with a USA plug and different voltage. INCOMPETENCE is breathtaking ☹️🤬😤

Do not order unless you live in the US!!!
Arrived with a USA plug and 110v power. My electrician told me that it will blow the fuse if used, as it is the incorrect voltage. Sadly this is NO GOOD FOR UK. Thid is not a review reflecting the product, as I haven’t had the chance to use it..
