I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too! The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it’s worth your money!

i've tried lots of different brands for pre-workout but i've come back to ABE. It was the best flavour and felt the most effective and boosting my energy levels prior to a workout, and although it gives a bit of the "itch" (which i'm not a fan of usually) it's nowhere near as bad as some other competitior brands, and takes 15-20 mins to kick in by which time i'm at the gym, so the timing works well. I've tried the Paddy flavour (which is great) and the blue ice one, and recommend them both - as long as you like it sweet and punchy.

I think it works ok. Gives me a tingle in the face and slightly more energy. Nice flavours.

Took some of this stuff before my push day workout (on a PPL split) it tasted like artificial unicorn farts. Felt nauseous the whole time, and I felt like 1000 spiders were crawling under my skin, and I was shaking heavily. I felt like I was about to puke after my workout, and I had a bit of a headache. However, I felt like I could wrestle a Greek demigod, casually hit prs on a bunch of machines and had the best workout of my sad little life. 10/10 stuff, really makes you feel locked in.

I love this product and flavour. Great pump for workouts!

PROS: - Good as always (Applied Nutrition are absolute elites) - The variety of flavours are crazy good - The niacin flush/tingles, beta alanine makes me feel on top of the world and isn't too overwhelming - Tub size is perfect and the graphics on the tub are professional looking and straight to the point - for £20 it performs like it's a £50 - £60 pre workout (Higher price doesn't always mean better though) CONS (My experience with an open mind): - Somedays i feel the effect of the pre workout and somedays i can't (full scoop too) but i will still get the tingles which is why i still rate it 5 stars because the tingles make me ready for more workouts :D - Somedays the tingles do get a little too much and makes me nervous but it's not harmful (unless you are stupid enough to have over 2 scoops) but i've learnt that some of the ingredients in this pre can actually help lower cholesterol too :) It's a good pre in fact, one of the best and the amazing price! !!WARNING/ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD REALLY BAD NEGATIVE SYMPTOMS USING PRE!! I have seen some reviews about this pre and the cheaper one from Applied Nutrition that they claim to have had some shocks, bad anxiety attacks and crazy red face symptoms whilst taking pre workouts, my advice to you is even though you think you can handle it, getting shock symptoms/ huge anxiety attack is completely concerning and your safety is paramount! It is your responsibility to know what you are putting into your body and PLEASE re read the ingredients over again until you know what can trigger the problem <3 Pre workout and overconfidence do not mix! Take care!!

Quality is great, takes around 20 minutes to kick in, slight itchiness but not major. Happy with the product and helps with the workout

Abe is a great pre workout and dissolves well . That said this is one of the biggest dissapointments flavour wise. It's just blue raspberry flavour not even slightly different to taste, which is probably the worst one. Energy remains the best flavour and cherry cola after that
