Go to the Maestro web site and it will tell you if it works on a 2010 Jeep. Under what project you want to do just answer the pop downs. On mine it worked great 2014 Wrangler.

You didn't provide enough information to effectively answer this. Are you replacing your head unit? If so, what brand and model? What controls are you looking to maintain on your steering wheel? This harness is to allow you to install a Maestro module to retain your steering wheel controls when an aftermarket head unit is installed. It has no other purpose. It's not a harness to install a head unit. You can find more information and probably answer your questions on the Idata maestro website.
