This makes a great gift for your fellow foodie. I like how you can try different types of truffle oil, and it seems like the real deal (it has a truffle shaving floating inside each bottle). I’m saying this because I read that truffle oil is in some-most cases synthentic. Use it sparingly because, as some have commented, a little goes a long way. I gotta say i do taste a “gasoline” note, but at least I can now decipher the truffle oil flavour when I dine at restaurants.
