As listed on the product description, this is a case of 18 sleeves, each sleeve containing 24 wafer cookies.

What is the bioengineered food it contains

It would be the sugar and oil used to make these. It’s pretty easy to find out that all most all ingredients that go from farm to table could be bioengineered. They do this do to pests and plant diseases. Exactly which one oil or sugar I’m not positive but either could be!

How many cookies are in each packet?

Package says 5 servings per continer with 4 cookies per serving, so 5x4=20. The plastic container has 20 packages. We do like these cookies very much.
