Directions Add 43g of cereal to a bowl and pour milk over it. Review: I purchased this as a back-up to another cereal that wasn't available at the time. I didn't expect it to taste so good, and I was surprised that it's gluten free and is a good source of protein. The carbs level is pretty high though. Review: All chocolate flavored cereals seem to be a bit bitter to me. I don’t think I’ll finish this box, but I will give it to a neighbor girl.

Good amount of chocolate coating about 1/2 of the sqaures. Doesn't make the milk chocolate like some other cereals but you can definitely taste it when you eat it. Great as an add to Chex Mix and Chex Marshmallow Squares as well.
