Product looks,and Quality is good. First I thought it was not working as I have taken filter water. Then as per instruction I added one Pinch of salt into the water. And then it started working perfectly and steam flows so good. I definitely recommend this product.

This product is very bad. I used it for second time & it sparked & now it is not working at all. Please do not buy this product. It is extremely poor quality & the worst experience.

Product is price worthy, I am using this for my face, my blocked nose, cough cold and also for my home hair spa thing, build is of plastic but quality is top notch, it does get hotter if you run it for longer than 45 mins Easy to use, no complexities, there is no leakage at all even if we fill water to the brim, i am overall satisfied by the effectiveness of the product
