Don't buy this item The idea itself is foolish The product contains very cheap material which is not even worthy for 1000Rs. The on off button gets unbearably hot while operating the machine. You can't touch it. No one can. I don't know how people gave stars more than one for this item. Now when I want to return it, as it could only be replaced first, they tell me that there is piece for replacement . So, the return policy also seems to be a hoax. I want to return the product and want my money back.

It's good and value fir money product. Very much needed for killing germs and parasites crawling on floor. No need of disinfectant as the steam does most of the job. Heat level is good. Light weight easy to handle. Steam starts coming under 30 seconds which is fast. I mainly bought it for floor and surface disinfection. But as it has multiple nozzles itvcan be used for cleaning kitchen and washroom too. My only concern is two mop pads are provided which are good in quality, but they're not selling the mop pads seperately. One tip: Use RO water for longevity as hard water may cause rust inside and cause issues.

The steam is good

Really happy with this steam mop. It comes with several attachments that make it useful for more than just floors. I used it on the marble and glass in my shower and on the tile in my kitchen, and it worked great for both. Easy to use, heats up quickly, and leaves everything looking clean without a lot of effort.

Totally disappointed with the purchase..Got this just before Diwali and could never use for cleaning. The steam generated is not retained for even 45 to 60 seconds. I tried connecting to helpdesk since 19 Oct, 1 st time it got connected and they asked to share video on whats app no.After that no response, I kept on calling helpdesk and their no is always busy and it gets auto disconnected. THIS FEELS LIKE A TRAP,NOW I CANT RETURN OR REPLACE PRODUCT. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
