This is the greatest solution for those with a dry nose problem. Am on oxygen and although it is humidified I am still prone to massive bloody nose times. Using this solution twice a day has cut the problem done to almost non-existence. Instead of the runny spray this uses a pump and is a lotion that coats your nose. It is truly wonderful..
