This sauce is just what I was looking for. It has the perfect combination of sweet and salty and goes great with sushi or just on your steam rice.

I purchased this to make my homemade sushi taste better and it did the sauce has a great flavor. It’s not runny. It has a nice consistency.

Exactly what I expected, very good taste

This is a very good sauce. If possible, I only would have taken of 0.5 stars. It's thick and sweet, very similar to the eel sauce at sushi restaurants. It just needs to have a little more saltiness for a slightly better balance. Adding a little soy sauce to it would work so I won't hesitate to purchase it again.

I am no longer able to get eel or sushi sauce from my local grocery stores so I decided to try this one and it’s great. Love the flavor and perfect dispenser on the bottle.
