Good stuff
Excellent product and helped with rehydration very quickly when I needed.

Awful
Awful. I'm not sure I can bring myself to use it again beyond the first sachet I tried. The powder did not mix well with water despite following the instructions on recommended amount of water to mix with. Even trying to agitate with a spoon there was some of it that just wouldn't dissolve and stayed clumped up. It didn't taste anything like other electrolytes in terms of salt content etc. I really think this product needs a major rethink.

High sodium good for sweating
Great electrolytes, very salty, cos we need sodium when exercising and sweating. We actually like the taste, rather like munching crisps.

Disgusting taste
This is probably one of the most disgusting supplements I’ve ever tasted. I chose the lemon lime as I was getting tired of blackberry. This is the first time I tried this brand. The overwhelming taste was one of salt which is the major ingredient. Could not taste lemon or lime.

Natures vitamins
Absolutely great these are great so handy and great for putting the essential minerals back into your body, yes they ain’t great tasting but there natures vitamins not some sort of fruit flavoured candy drink that’s packed full of nastys , well done hunter gather restore your energy levels and try them

Horrible taste, really salty, like drinking sea water and I used only one sachet in 1 litre of water, so really weak!
