I distill my own water for use in my CPAP and Navage using our tap water in the distiller. That leaves a nasty residue in the distiller that doesn't wash out. Using this product as directed leaves my distiller in like new condition and ready for the next some I need distilled water. If you use a lot of distilled water and your distiller gets a lot of nasty gunk built up inside, this is just what you need to keep it clean and looking like new.

This citric acid powder does a great job at cleaning my water distiller. It quickly dissolves limescale and mineral buildup, leaving the inside looking like new. I’ve also used it on my kettle with excellent results. It’s strong, effective, and much more affordable than brand-name descalers. My only complaint is the packaging—it’s not resealable, which makes storage a bit inconvenient. I ended up transferring it to another container. Other than that, it’s a solid product that works as advertised.

I had tried mineral remover tablets in the past for my water kettle and CPAP that did nothing. I took a gamble on this…. And it worked fabulously! I’ve spent years just scrubbing my kettle/ tank with a stainless steel scrubber. When I cleaned these, I did let them soak for about 1 hour and diluted the liquid with boiled filtered water. This will now be on subscription for sure! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for devices that get mineral build up.

We use a distillation for all our water. We have very hard water and scale can build up fast. Every few months we use this to keep clean and shinny If we let it build up, it will break the machine. So, this saves us a lot more than it costs.

Product removed scale. It did take two applications but it had been quite a while since my distiller had had a descaler clean.

Using it to clean a distilled water tank. Does the job much better than the sample that came with the distiller (different brand). Left the tank pristine. Would definitely buy again.
