I have used this product a couple of times, good to use, stops frost bite getting to the frozen food unlike using zip lock bags. I have used on fresh and frozen food for the fridge/freezer. Food is staying fresher for longer. Haven't had any any issues with this product. Comes with alot of bags. Simple to use even for me.

Bought as a first attempt at vacuum packaging and once i got the hang of ensuring that the bags were the right way round it was fine. The end result was good … was a learning curve and it worked well eventually. The suction power was fine and noise level was low.

This machine is useful to make food prep easy. Ideal for chopped veg and meat that can be vac sealed and stored in the freezer. It's useful if you grow your own vegetables too. I find that things take up a lot less space in the freezer due to using the bags without air. The bags seal very well. It took me half hour to understand the exact operation and when to use the right modes. I was surprised to see that vacuum bags were actually included but it can be used to seal regular supermarket products that you've opened. Good value.
