One of the tasting protein powders on the market. I have tried a lot of different proteins and majority of them, no matter how long you spend mixing them, never get fully mixed up and is clumsy. The powder itself is very fine and mixes up in seconds.

It was a very satiating protein for a time when i Lived FAR from where I trained taekwondo

It tastes EXACTLY like lemon cake. Way better than the premier one.

Tastes pretty well when I mix it into my Oatmeal, but is a little harder to consume when in a blender by itself. I've tried it with both Almond Milk and Water and although it does give the Oatmeal Cookie smell, something is off. Possibly due to how foamy it gets. As far as the price, it's in the realm of most other brands protein powders. Not positive I would order this flavor again. Ingredient list is comparable to other whey protein powders I've tried when it comes to the amount of servings and nutritional facts, although I am not a scientist.

Tastes exactly as I expected. Mixes well.
