Just what I ordered. Excellent value. Fast delivery.

I could not find a refill for my Lexus pen. Looked everywhere. A Japanese company suggested Phillips. I contacted Phillips and they asked for a photo of the pen and the empty refill. I complied and they told me it was a Bic pen and sent a picture of the refill I needed. I ordered it and sure enough it fit. I am a happy camper and can write with my favorite pen. Now I know where to get the refill and will order some spares.

I didn't notice that the refills were blue. That one detail I unfortunately missed, but the ink works wonderfully and has me using my pen again just fine. It came in a timely manner and I'm glad I found them.

I bought this BIC Gel Pen Ink Refill pack to try out in a Papermate Gel Ink Pen, which I have several of now with no ink. I did not want to throw the pens away, so I was looking for compatible ink refills for a reasonable price.These refills fit the Papermate pens and now I can continue using them, but there is one issue with the ink in these refills(and in many Gel pens) - the ink smudges and stains surrounding surfaces after writing on something. This seems to happen to this ink even when it appears dry.Because of this one has to be cautious and avoid using this ink refill where stains and smudges can cause potential problems - like filling out tax related or legal documents.One thing that puzzles me is the logic behind selling pen ink refills in packages of 2, while selling pens in packages of 12, sometimes the ink costs more than the pen originally cost. This certainly does not promote the re-use and recycling of pens, it actually promotes the disposal of pens when they are still useful. While some push for more Re-usable solutions, Pen manufacturers seem to be supportive of filling up more landfills.Overall 3.5 stars.

I’m delighted to have found these, especially in blue to replace the refills in my Bic Intensity Clic Gel Pens, which Bic doesn’t make any more! I love these pens and wish they hadn’t discontinued them only to manufacture a cheaper version. Shipping was fast and I can now use my favorite pens again. Happy customer here!

Got a pen at a conference and really liked the ink flow and feel, but it had run dry after years of use. These replacements are awful in comparison. Flow is uneven, often leaving gobs of ink and is already showing signs of drying out despite minimal use. What a waste.

Only way it could be any better is if it came in purple ink.
