Marumiya Furikake Rice Seasoning, "Egg and Seaweed Flavor" 28g

We used to have to get this from a Japanese food store, it's great to be able to get it on Amazon. This seasoning is delicious on rice, I make rice balls with this on it. It's great packed in a lunch. Very tasty.

This is not your normal Furikake Seasoning. I tried other brands, but nothing beats this. I love this Egg and Seaweed Flavor the most because itsjudyslife always recommends this one.

My family loves using Marumiya Furikake packets on rice and ramen. You can get really creative with it and add it to baked kale chips, any green salad, anywhere you're looking for a complex umami seasoning without a lot of salty flavor. The egg flavor is strong enough so the seaweed does not drown it. The packets I ordered a few months ago came with little yellow "confetti" made from the egg mixture, with tiny chick faces printed on them! I expected a papery flavor but got the full tamago taste. Adorable to add a smile to your or your children's meals :)Combine with a drizzle of Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise, sprinkle on top and enjoy the creamy/crunchy combo on top of your favorite foods!

This is a delicious rice seasoning. My entire family loves this product! We cannot find it in the local Asian markets, and so we order it often fromAmazon: it ALWAYS comes in a timely manner, and without incident. We will continue to order it, as long as it is offered.

If you love rice, you will definitely love to add this Marumiya Furikake Rice Seasoning to your meal. I ordered a variety pack a few months ago and it lasted for a long time. I wanted to buy this one (the egg and seaweed flavor) because it is one of my favorite flavors. Anyways I am writing this right after the package arrived because I opened my amazon packaging envelope and immediately saw little bits of seaweed in the package. I thought it was dirt, but it was the seasoning. I pickup the seasoning pack and there it was, a tear in the package. 😢 I was about to add it to my rice, but I can not because it was not completely sealed when it arrived. I have a video and pictures but this review page does not give me the option to add. This is the only reason for three stars. Other than that, the taste is five stars!

Doesn't taste like egg or chicken, it taste like the fish flake Furikake which you can easily get in the store for way cheaper. Very small package for the price
