Takes long time to charge
I recommend this product as it has relieved some of my shoulder and neck pain but I definitely cannot wear it as shown as that is too painful. It takes a long time to charge 2.5/3 hrs and you get around an hour out of it. You can't use it while it is plugged in. It is a little heavy. I like the heat feature and it comes with nice little travel bag. What I really like is how my back feels after.. it's as if the sensation of the massage continues.

Heat is great massage is wonderful...I wish the 2 on the back worked a bit harder neck is part is fabulous and does actually feel like someone massaging you... only real problem is it is very heavy...I was hoping to travel with it but I can't see myself getting through the airport with it just to heavy and a bit awkward...wish there was a mini version!..But at home it is and feels wonderful! I did a lot of research as I always do on everything, probably to much...great product!!

Love my new massager. Heat setting feels amazing. I get migrains that like to stem from my neck, as well as always sore near my shoulder blades, I feel like this is really going to help. Quiet enough to use while watching a movie. Speed adjustable and 3 different settings for the type of massage. Love it. I've been using it every day.
