Very easy to manipulate and good quality. Is not too thin but definitely better than the thickness from the ones you get at the dentist. I like this one better than the one I got from my dentist. They work the same but this one is cheaper. None of them are super comfortable because it’s a device inside for mouth but this one it’s definitely comfier. Once you get use to it, it does help with the snoring.

Horrible. The basic one is much better. Hard to fit and would not stay in place. Waste of money.

It worked great the first two nights then I went to adjust the spacing and the little nubs that hold it on broke off on one of the sides of the lower mold. Now the item is unusable as it won't hold on one side.

This is the fourth different mouthpiece I've tried. I think this is the one I'll stick with. The original ZQuiet didn't mold so it caused tooth pain. Another was too thick so my mouth would not stay closed. SnoreRX wouldn't stay put. This one meets all the needs. It took a little while for my tongue to get used to it but that is not bad.

It does not fit in my mouth. Waste of money—seems like it's not refundable; didn't use it once.
