Q: How many CC's does this syringe hold?

It holds 60 cc. Used it once to measure 2-cycle oil and it worked well and easy to clean.

Q: Can this be used for cosmetics like facial cream?

I have never used this for Facial cream but I am sure it would work.

Q: Odd ? .. Can this be used to suction out small particles (cork, floating debris) in a bottle of wine? Also what is diameter of 6" hose extension?

Would work great for wine. Hose is approximately the same o/d I/d as aquarium air hose. Ny complaint was that the o/d was too large for my supercharger oil drain port.

Q: What is the diameter of the extension tube please?

HI ED, I am not sure ed, but it was too large to fit into the hole on my 2006 pontiac grand prix supercharger. So what I had to do was clean and dry out a spray top from a bottle of Household cleaner, Then used that and a large container to pump out the oil reservoir. The oil is light in weight so I had absolutely no problem emptying the oil. In fact I think that the spray top is a superior tool because the longer plastic tube gave me a much better reach inside the body of the supercharger. I might say,, be careful with the steel filler cap to the oil reservoir,, I never have been a fan of steel threaded into cast Aluminium and this little bugger is no different. I made sure to lube it before I replaced it with High temp grease so maybe it would not cook itself into the supercharger body.
