This is the best soup ever. It is almost perfect just by itself - I add a little salt and pepper, but that's just me -and it is wonderful when mixed with almost anything. I eat breakfast bowls a lot, and I often mix a half a can of soup in with the breakfast bowl. It's a winner!

This is only one of the “chunky” soups that saved me. After a house fire that caused us to lose almost everything, once we were back in a new apartment finances were really difficult. My diabetes was out of control requiring new meds, I had no clothing or any of the essential things for daily life. Still hadn’t worked things out with insurance so one month I found myself literally with very little to eat. This wasn’t the disaster it appeared to be as I needed to lose weight but I did need to eat dinner. I found our cupboard stocked with these soup by a previous roommate so I opened one. I was surprised by how much flavor was in it and how it filled me up so well. The next month I was still working with the financial problems so I ordered more, mixing the flavors and choices. Although I don’t eat these soups exclusively, I can and the other flavors are just as good.
